Google Update Still Brewing From Late Last Week

On January 9th we reported on early chatter of a Google update, which has now grown to almost 200 comments. Early on, the chatter was slow but now, over the past couple days, the chatter has grown tremendously on my post and at WebmasterWorld.

Here are some more recent comments from the thread:

10th January was a significant change date for me.

Seeing big improvements in "cleaned up sites" now ranking very high, although I can only talk of a small sample set.

I'm still seeing a lot of shuffling. I don't think it's over yet.

Panda hit site has recovered around 30%, I think this update started last Thursday and filtered to this site yesterday and is ongoing.

The various tools aren't quiet but they aren't too loud right now, check them out at Mozcast, SERPs.com, SERP Metrics and Algoroo.
